It's Your Agenda: There's no set structure. You decide what you want to talk about and what issues you want to bring to the session.
Listening, Not Lecturing: Your therapist will mostly listen attentively, reflecting back what they hear to help you gain clarity and deepen your own understanding.
No Advice-Giving: Unlike some other therapies, your PCT therapist won't offer advice or tell you what you should do. The belief is that you have the answers within yourself, and the therapist's role is to help you uncover them.
Focus on Your Feelings: You'll be encouraged to explore your emotions and how they relate to your experiences.
